Almond Cake - The Princess cake, with a touch of almond to give it a subtle difference. Topped off with cream cheese icing.
Princess Cake - A moist, chef’s white cake (creamy white, because it includes the egg yolks). Usually topped with cream cheese frosting. Fillings may be added for an additional charge.
White Chocolate Liqueur Cake - Our rich white cake with chunks of Swiss white chocolate and a clear chocolate liqueur in the cake batter, plus a clear crème de cacao and butter sauce poured over the still warm cake. Usually iced with a real cream cheese frosting.
White-White Cake - A light and very white cake, usually topped with traditional butter cream icing.

Carrot Cake - A moist traditional favorite with carrots, walnuts and spices, topped with cream cheese frosting.
Cassata (Italian Wedding Cake) - A traditional Italian golden cake with toasted almonds in the cake and an amaretto-butter sauce poured over the cake as soon as it is removed from the oven, frosted with our rich cream cheese frosting.
Fresh Strawberry Cake - Whole strawberries are chopped and folded into a white cake batter, usually topped with a rich cream cheese frosting.
Italian Cream Cake - A white cake with coconut and finely chopped walnuts, with cream cheese frosting.
Orange Marmalade & Lemon Cake - A tangy lemon cake made with bitter English orange marmalade and lemon zest. A lemon and butter sauce is poured over the cake after it's baked, then iced with cream cheese frosting.
Pineapple Cake - Chunks of pineapple and real pineapple juice are in this delightful cake. Smothered in cream cheese icing.
Raspberry Liqueur Cake - A white cake made with a French raspberry "crème de Framboise" and raspberries folded into the batter prior to baking. A raspberry liqueur and butter sauce is poured over the cake when it is fresh from the oven, then covered with a rich cream cheese frosting.

Kalua - Mocha - The darkest liqueur cake we make, with a coffee, vanilla and chocolate liqueur. Topped with Fudge icing.
Mexican Chocolate Cake - A moist chocolate cake enhanced by the addition of three kinds of chocolate and a touch of cinnamon, complimented by a smooth milk-chocolate frosting.
Red Velvet Cake - A traditional Southern chocolate / red cake, crowned with cream cheese frosting.
